This package is our " Lend a Hand" perfect for couples who have already executed their vision with planning and design securing all vendors and venues for their wedding and just need a quarterback to make all the necessary plays to get to the finish line.  This package is solely for Coordination and Management only if you need to set up and clean up please see our Ala Cart items below.

8 week take over for all vendor & venue communication 

  • Checklist and Custom Task Manager to help the couple plan
  • Create a custom Master Timeline that is digital (paper-free environment)
  • One Initial in-person meeting Limitless correspondence via scheduled walkthrough phone call, text, or email 
  • One Walk through venue upon request 
  • Coordinate all vendor arrivals and oversee set up and floor plan that is premade by designer
  • Vendor Coordination and Management 
  •  Onsite for Rehearsal(1hrs), Coordinate Ceremony and Reception(8hrs)Does not include break down unless added).
  •  Manager of Events & Vendors during the ceremony and reception.
  • Set up of Guest table and Gift area ( If not included with Design Vendor) with items provided by the couple

Semi Planning

  • This package is our " I got this just be here to assist"  for couples who want to remain active throughout planning but need professional help to bring their vision to life and stay organized. This package includes everything in the Management package plus the details below.  Biggest benefit to this package is that you have a lot more time with WTO to plan your wedding and have access to vendors and resources.  *** Any guest count over 150 will incur extra fee for extra coordinators for coordination and management of guest and vendors etc. ***

  • Point of contact for all vendors from 90 days before wedding date through day of 
  • Four in person or virtual meetings with couple to plan and create and tour venues
  • Vendor recommendations up to 3 max
  • Venue Recommendations up to 3 max 
  • Budget assistance 
  • Create a custom Master Timeline that is digital (paper free environment)
  • Assistance with design & layout upon request if working with outside vendor. 
  •  Limitless correspondence via scheduled phone call, text, or email
  • Access to WTO personal client portal for task, notes to help organize your planning experience. 
  • Onsite for Rehearsal(1hrs) Coordination ceremony and reception(8hrs), (Does not include break down and clean up unless added to package)
  •  Manager of Events during ceremony and receptions 
  •  Coordinate with photographer to collaborate shoot time with Master timeline Coordinate with DJ/musicians to collaborate music with Master timeline

  • Assist with packing couples personal items , gifts, cards etc. in secure location.

Full Planning

  • This full planning package is our " No need to fear Motha is here" also known as " White Glove Service" for couples who need assistance from minor details to major decisions when it comes to planning. This package is great for couples who have little to no time for  planning on their own and would need WTO to plan entire event from start to finish This package is the “Mother” of them all with dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”  from picking colors, to themes, to selecting vendors, etc.  Full planning with WTO takes approx. 400 plus hours of planning time. We research, book, and vet the perfect vendors and team for you. This is the perfect package to ensure your wedding day matches exactly what you’ve always dreamed of.  This package includes Management and Semi Packages plus the details below.

  • Creation and Management of budget via client portal
  •  Create a detailed Master timeline for all wedding day events 
  • Point of contact for all vendors needed from start of 
  •   contract
  • Create a custom Master Timeline that is digital (paper free environment)
  • Six scheduled in person meetings or (virtual) with couple to plan and create vision including tours, tastings etc.
  •  Limitless correspondence via scheduled phone call, text, or email 
  • Access to custom client portal for task manager, budget, notes 
  • Management of RSVP for guest count  
  • Assistance with Styling couple upon request
  • Onsite for rehearsal(1hrs max) ceremony and reception(10hrs) (Does not include break down and clean up unless added to package)

  •  Negotiation of vendor contracts as needed. Assist with creative planning and custom design of all stationary items(Save the dates, Wedding Invitations, etc)
