• This package is our " I got this just be here to assist"  for couples who want to remain active throughout planning but need professional help to bring their vision to life and stay organized. This package includes everything in the Management package plus the details below.  Biggest benefit to this package is that you have a lot more time with WTO to plan your wedding and have access to vendors and resources.  *** Any guest count over 150 will incur extra fee for extra coordinators for coordination and management of guest and vendors etc. ***

This package is great for couples who have little to no time for  planning on their own and would need WTO to plan entire event from start to finish This package is the “Mother” of them all with dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”  from picking colors, to themes, to selecting vendors, etc.  Full planning with WTO takes approx. 400 plus hours of planning time. We research, book, and vet the perfect vendors and team for you. This is the perfect package to ensure your wedding day matches exactly what you’ve always dreamed of.  This package includes Management and Semi Packages plus the details below.
