This package is perfect for couples who have already executed their vision and planning and just need a quarterback to make all the necessary plays to get to the finish line.  This package includes
*** Any guest count over 100 will incur extra fee for extra coordinator***

  • Four week take over for all vendor & venue communication
  • Create a custom Master Timeline
  • One Initial in person meet
  • Limitless correspondence via schedule phone call, text, or email
  • One Walk through venue upon request
  • Coordinate all vendor arrivals and proper set up
  • Vendor Coordination 
  • Detailed Digital Master Timeline for couple as well as vendors with arrival times
  • Confirm Wedding Party has items before Processional ( Bouquets, rings, flower girl basket, corsages etc.)
  • Onsite for Rehearsal(2hrs), Ceremony and Reception(8hrs) (Does not include break down unless added).
  • Manager of Events & Vendors during ceremony and receptions

Semi Planning

Package Two 2500.00
This package is for couples who want to remain active throughout planning but need professional help to bring their vision to life and stay organized. This package includes everything in the Management package plus the details below. 

Biggest benefit to this package is that you have a lot more time with WTO to plan your wedding. 
*** Any guest count over 150 will incur extra fee for extra coordinator***

  • Point of contact for all vendors from 90 days before wedding date through day of
  • Four in person meetings with couple to plan and create
  • Guidance on budget and design if not selected 
  • Limitless correspondence via scheduled phone call, text, or email
  • Onsite for Rehearsal(2hrs) ceremony and reception(8hrs), (Does not include break down and clean up unless added to package)
  • Manager of Events during ceremony and receptions
  • Effectively communicate with Bride and Groom, wedding party and family for call time
  • Coordinate Wedding ceremony and reception
  • Coordinate with photographer to collaborate shoot time with Master timeline
  • Coordinate with DJ/musicians to collaborate music with Master timeline
  • Coordinate with Designer& Venue to develop floor plan layout 
  • At the end of the night we assist with packing couples personal items , gifts, cards etc. in secure location.
  • Communicate with Vendors via email to go over house rules of venue requirements and arrival times. 
  • Per request we will attend any final vendor meetings.

This package is simply for the design and aesthetic of your wedding. We work with a exclusive designers, florist, etc. and we collaborate to help bring your vision to life. With a complete design team.  This package can be added on any planning and coordination package we offer if you are in need of WTO handling your design.

This full planning package is for couples who need assistance from minor details to major decisions when it comes to planning. This package is the “Mother” of them all with dotting every “i” and crossing every “t”  from picking colors, to themes, to selecting vendors, etc. This is the perfect package to ensure your wedding day matches exactly what you’ve always dreamed of.

This package includes Management and Semi Packages plus the details below. 

*** Any guest count over 200 will incur extra fee for coordinator***

  • Create a custom budget
  • Create a detailed Master timeline for all wedding day events
  • Point of contact for all vendors
  • Six scheduled in person meetings with couple to plan and create vision
  • Limitless correspondence via scheduled phone call, text, or email
  • Onsite for rehearsal(2hrs max) ceremony and reception(8hrs), and send off (Does not include break down and clean up unless added to package)
  • Manager of Events during ceremony and receptions
  • Effectively communicate with Bride and Groom, wedding party and family for call time
  • Coordinate Wedding ceremony and reception
  • Coordinate with photographer to collaborate shoot time with Master timeline

Bridal and Groom Suite
Pre-Ceremony Brunch

This comes in handy for the day of the wedding,  with all the hair and makeup, pre wedding photos making sure all of your wedding party has arrived and been accounted for.  This brunch offers a light meal which will be served to you and the entire wedding party while everyone is busy getting ready to witness you marry the love of your life.
